【中法连线】IP大咖谈系列之“知识产权调解实务交流会”

诉讼是知识产权争议解决的最优解吗？知识产权纠纷化解能否实现双赢？调解作为一种友好、高效的解纷方式，在专利侵权、商标侵权案件中可以发挥怎样的作用？如何成为一名知识产权领域的调解员？知识产权调解员需要掌握的调解技巧有哪些？企业如何从调解中获益？为回答上述问题，中国贸促会调解中心邀请了3位中外嘉宾，分别从调解员、律师、企业角度，共同围绕中国和法国的知识产权调解实践进行交流分享。

Is a lawsuit the best approach to settle the Intellectual Property dispute? Is it possible to resolve IP issues in a way that benefits all parties involved? What part might mediation play in cases involving patent or trademark infringement? How can I become an IP mediator? What mediation skills should an IP mediator have? In what ways could mediation benefit businesses? Three guests from China and France have been invited by the CCPIT Mediation Center to participate in a panel discussion aimed at addressing these questions and sharing their perspectives on IP mediation.

David Wang is the Director of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Department of Huawei. He is responsible for the Asia Pacific IPR business planning, as well as IPR application, management, licensing, litigation, cooperation, and operation. Before taking charge of Asia Pacific IPR affairs, David Wang handled major patent disputes and anti-monopoly matters. He represents Huawei in discussions on IPR legislation and policies at home and abroad.
